Campuses Select Project 921 Change Champions
Change Champions are representatives from across all the various campuses. They will actively partner with the Project 921 Organizational Change Management team to ensure there is an open, two-way communication channel between the project and the various stakeholder groups impacted by the SuccessFactors implementation. They will be helpful in facilitating communication and activities that drive the adoption of the new recruiting and onboarding processes using the new SuccessFactors application.
Some of the key areas where Change Champions will be engaged include:
- Providing information to clarify the “what” and the “why” of the change
- Surfacing and addressing individual and/or group concerns to the new ways of working
- Demonstrating the business value of adopting the new processes and using the new technology
- Assist with the coordination of deployment events and logistics (e.g., training scheduling, etc.)
Ultimately, the Change Champions are key to employees having a positive experience adopting the new SuccessFactors system. Stay tuned for a future message with the names of the Change Champions for each campus.
